missingWrote a review on 09 Jundirty bed sheetsunorganized check-in
The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. My room was filthy, with blood stains on the sheets and a dirty bidet. The dining experience was a disaster-cold food, wrong orders, and completely unacceptable service. I was left waiting an absurdly long time for simple requests, and the staff seemed clueless about how to resolve issues.

You won't believe the breakfast buffet! It's like a food festival with flavors from around the world-definitely an Italian foodie's paradise. The staff were super friendly. Plus, lounging by the amazing pool was such a treat.

Had an awesome three-night getaway with my friends! We visited Hawa Mahal and the City Palace, both are just minutes away. The rooms were modern with great Wi-Fi, and the food was delicious, especially room service. Proximity to the airport was a bonus. Just a heads-up, breakfast can be busy, but overall, it was a nice stay.
One downside was the check-in experience. The reception staff was a bit unprofessional and it took longer than expected, which wasn't the best start to our trip.

The spacious Beautiful King Room was immaculatelynice and neat. Dining options were superb, with an excellent buffet with a wide array of choices, including regional dishes that were fantastic. While the staff were attentive, the overall environment felt slightly dated and needed some updates. The room could have benefited from better maintenance, specifically in the bathroom, which showed signs of neglect.
